Senior Sales Manager

• Proven experience (3+ years) in Interior sales in interior design, Plywood sales or architecture.
• As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, developing high-level sales strategies, closing premium interior projects, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. You will work closely with the design and project execution teams to provide a seamless client experience—from lead generation to project handover.
• Build strong relationships with high-end clients, architects, builders, and developers
• Drive project conversions from leads, design presentations, and client meetings
• Collaborate closely with design and project teams for seamless delivery
• Forecast sales and report performance to senior management
• Cost control
• Must have good communication skills.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and project teams for timely execution
• Report sales forecasts and updates to the senior management
• Contribute to pricing strategies, pitch decks, and project presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
