Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets while upholding the company’s reputation for reliability, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients (dealers, fabricators, infrastructure companies, etc.)
  • Generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into orders
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate steel products (TMT bars, pipes, structural steel, etc.)
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree , BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the steel or construction material industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of steel products, grades, and specifications
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer base is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,458.55 - ₹42,263.46 per month
