Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive – B2B Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market demands.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in [industry: SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, logistics, etc.].
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, if required.

  • Sales cycle time
  • Revenue per customer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
