Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant (Real Estate) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Management Proactively engage with potential buyers through inbound leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns. Qualify leads, understand their property requirements, and nurture relationships to convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Conduct Property Presentations & Site Visits Organize and lead property tours, both in-person and virtual. Clearly communicate the USPs (unique selling propositions), amenities, project features, pricing, and investment value of the properties. Address client queries confidently and professionally.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure Handle all aspects of the negotiation process, ensuring a win-win deal for both the client and the company. Prepare and present offers, coordinate with legal and finance teams, and guide the client through the documentation and booking process.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, competitors’ offerings, and new project launches. Use this insight to strategically position Shray Projects’ inventory in the market and offer competitive advantages to clients.
  • Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, post-sale support, and personalized service. Encourage referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM system. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management to optimize strategies.
  • Team Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, legal, operations, and project teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Share client feedback to help refine campaigns, pricing strategies, or offerings.
  • Mentorship & Leadership As a senior consultant, support and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices, helping close deals when needed, and contributing to a high-performance sales.
  • Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle for Residential and/or Commercial Projects Take complete ownership of the sales journey — from initial lead engagement to deal closure. This includes understanding client needs, matching them with suitable properties, organizing site visits, handling price negotiations, assisting with documentation, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and ensuring timely booking and registration. Maintain a seamless and professional client experience throughout every stage, while aligning with the company's revenue goals and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven real estate sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing client network in real estate.
  • Knowledge of RERA and property documentation.
  • Fluency in English and [local language].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
