Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Research Analyst to lead client engagements and manage end-to-end delivery of expert network projects. If you’ve worked with expert recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and project timelines, this is your next big step.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver 4–6 live projects each month
Identify, assess, and onboard senior industry experts
Supervise junior analysts and support their training
Maintain client communication and ensure service quality
Track output metrics and contribute to process improvement

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in expert network/market research firms
Ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership attitude with attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with an expert network or primary research firms.
Prior exposure to consulting clients
