Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech)

Role Overview

As a Non-Tech Recruiter at Licious, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent across non-tech functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Category Management. You will partner with hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and define hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across various non-tech roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from JD creation to offer rollout.
• Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and agency partnerships.
• Drive structured hiring processes including timely feedback loops, panel management, and closure tracking.
• Leverage data to drive decisions, report on hiring metrics, and optimize recruitment funnels.
• Represent Licious with professionalism and empathy to create a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-tech/business roles.
• Prior experience hiring for high-growth startups, FMCG, retail, logistics, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience in using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and result orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within tight timelines
