Job Overview: As a Senior UI Developer, you will take ownership of the front-end development process, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement best practices for front-end development, including accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and integrate them into the team’s workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
• Lead UI/UX design discussions and contribute to the overall product vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
