Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

·      Design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

·      Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.

·      Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.

·      Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.

·      Execute all levels of testing including but not limited to: System, Integration, and Performance Testing for both Black Box and White Box testing.

·      Identify, isolate, report, and track product defects to closure.

·      Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.

·      Establish and enforce QA best practices, methodologies, and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

·      Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior testers to enhance their skills and efficiency.

·      Coordinate and maintain test environments, ensuring they replicate production conditions.

·      Track and report key QA metrics such as defect densities, test coverage, and execution progress.

·      Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards – Verify that software meets regulatory and security requirements as per industry standards.

 Define Test Plan for Sprints and participate in sprint planning.

Desired Skills &

Qualifications

·

·      3-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

·      Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

·      Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

·      Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

·      Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

·      Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and protocols.
• Experience in performance testing for AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias testing frameworks.
