Senior Python Developer (VMWare Expert)

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Python Developer with expertise in VMWare. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications, applying object-oriented programming best practices, and managing back-end services and database operations. The developer will also work closely with the DevOps team to integrate VMWare solutions into the existing infrastructure.

Senior Python Programmer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing robust applications from scratch. The ideal candidate will have ex-tensive expertise in virtualization platforms, including VMware and Oracle OLVM, and a deep understanding of operating systems. This role requires a proactive problem-solver capable of delivering scalable, high-quality code in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Design, develop, and maintain complex Python applications from the ground up, ensuring

performance, scalability, and reliability.

1. Architect and implement solutions leveraging virtualization platforms such as VMware and

Oracle OLVM for deployment and testing.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design system architecture,

and integrate solutions with existing infrastructure.

3. Optimize and troubleshoot applications running on various operating systems, ensuring com-

patibility and performance.

4.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding

standards.

5. Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

6.Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance system

capabilities.

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming skills
• Experience with Databases and database management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with VMWare and cloud infrastructure tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
