Senior Project Manager

Preparing project schedules Planning and monitoring project budget Planning detailed project budgets by looking at past job cost reports and double-checking for mistakes that can blow up the budget.

Constantly tracking project finances (e.g., general ledger and accounts receivable/payable), while making quick adjustments to accommodate project risks (change orders, cost escalation by subcontractors) that can cause budget overruns.

Hiring and managing the workforce - Optimizing the existing workforce using strategies such as on-job training. Finding and managing subcontractors Effective mechanism for building a pool of reliable subcontractors.

Engage with them to establish a successful partnership.

Managing equipment and materials Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings Monitor the performance of staff.

Preparing site wise cash flow of monthly budgets. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and manage the Budget for the project.

Ensure Resource availability and allocation. -Manage installation schedule and activities.

Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.

Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.

Coordinate efforts across the entire project between designers, engineers, Consultants and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations. Etc. Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff. Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.

Lead and direct onsite construction teams.

Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.

Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.

Ensures safety of the worksite during the course of development and Reviews safety standards for the finished product.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
