JOB DESCRIPTION- Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

ROLE: To develop innovative solutions for new and existing audiences. We are scaling our business and are looking for candidates with strong hustle to help drive projects. We are a growing organization that gives and expects full ownership from everyone in the team. You will be doing everything from benchmarking, competitive overviews, strategic planning and driving impact based on your insights on ground.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a project manager/senior project manager, You will have the opportunity to have significant impact through end-to-end ownership of a problem space, that will require cross-group, cross-org collaboration.
• Developing frictionless onboarding experiences that make it easy for schools/universities/customers to be aligned with the ecosystem and provide easy onboarding. You will also be responsible for establishing adoption metrics, exit criteria and data reporting that elucidate onboarding, engagement metrics and their relationship to product smart goals.
• Create seamless user migration experience. Also, you will be chartered to influence to expand the platform for key education scenarios.
• Team player: Be curious, supportive, and encouraging of peers. Uphold Hurix, team values, and contribute to deepen them. Cross-team, cross-org collaboration: Build tools, services, or processes to promote positive
• interactions and encourage groups to work well together despite individual differences within and between them.
• Engage customers to get their feedback, understand adoption blockers and work across product teams to resolve key blockers. In addition, you will work with customer engagement and success teams to onboard customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other cross-company teams investing in consumer experiences to ensure seamless integrations.
• Expertise: Build subject matter expertise for your area.
• Business and technical alignment: Alignbusiness strategy and technical strategy to your focus area.

Skills:

• Candidates must be from the elearning background and should have handled projects independently
• Must have experience managing the skills such as Instructional Design, Media Development
• 7+ years of elearning project management experience
• Experience working with International Customers
• Project management methodologies Agile Scrum, waterfall preferred
• Planning and forecasting
• Risk Management
• Budgeting
• Tracking and project monitoring
• Ability to lead, mentor team and projects
