Senior Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the production of LT Cable, LV Cable, Power Cables, House Wire, or Flexible Cable, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.

Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the production team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, and R&D) to resolve any production issues and implement corrective actions.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure the final product meets industry standards.

Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Develop and implement production plans to achieve cost-efficiency and high-quality standards.

Track production performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering, specifically in the LT Cable, LV Cable, Power Cables, House Wire, or Flexible Cable industry.

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics).

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment used in the cable manufacturing industry.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.

Ability to manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise production staff effectively.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
