Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for multiple companies within the 2070Health studio
• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize product performance; conduct A/B testing and experiments
• Implement effective user acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels
• Communicate growth goals, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders; present data-driven insights to leadership
• Work closely with leaders and founders, providing strong communication and pushback when necessary
• Identify and prioritize new features to drive growth; collaborate with product development teams
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation
• Work closely with engineers and ability to coordinate and manage multiple Technology Initiatives
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in a tech or Healthtech environment
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies
• Demonstrated success in taking a startup from 0 to 1 and beyond, achieving significant growth metrics, and scaling the product beyond initial traction
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively push back when needed and work closely with leaders and founders
• MBA from a top college is a bonus
• Healthcare/healthtech is a bonus
