Sr. PMO

Responsibilities :

• PMO Leadership
• Set up and mature PMO processes, tools, and frameworks aligned with company objectives.
• Define project governance standards, tracking mechanisms, and delivery templates.
• Monitor project health across programs: scope, schedule, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure consistent reporting to leadership (COO, CDO, CFO) on delivery progress and risk.
• Standardize project lifecycle documentation, project audits, and health checks.

Project Delivery (Hands-On)

• Lead 1–2 strategic projects (customer-facing or internal) as the project owner.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, Support) to drive timelines, unblock teams, and manage customer communications.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues with relevant owners.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with India and US-based leadership to align delivery and business goals.
• Act as a single point of contact for delivery reporting, project escalations, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain clear communication with CDO (India) and COO (Global) for visibility and updates.

Metrics & Reporting

• Own delivery KPIs like on-time delivery %, project velocity, blocker resolution time, etc.
• Build dashboards and reports for executive leadership to track delivery performance.
