• Conduct

  solar resource assessments

  and analyze

  energy yield

  across various design scenarios.
• Optimize

  plant layouts

  and support with

  BOQ preparation

  using AC & DC loss calculations.
• Evaluate

  solar module technologies

  and

  robotic cleaning systems

  .
• Perform

  module inspections

  and support

  factory audits

  .
• Collaborate with the

  O&M team

  on Electroluminescence (EL) & FTR analysis.
• Interface with

  Lender’s Engineers

  and support due diligence processes.
• Apply

  ISO 2859 AQL

  standards for module quality checks.
• Prepare

  SOPs

  , checklists, and conduct root cause analysis as needed.

What You Bring:

• B.E./B.Tech in

  Electrical Engineering

  ,

  Renewable Energy

  , or related field

• 6-8 years

  of experience in

  Solar PV system design and performance

• Proficiency in

  PVsyst

  ,

  AutoCAD

  , and solar design software
• Solid understanding of

  photovoltaic technology

  ,

  electrical systems

  , and

  energy storage

• Strong

  analytical

  ,

  documentation

  , and

  reporting

  skills
• Experience working across

  cross-functional teams

  , with good stakeholder management
• Bonus: Familiarity with solar

  construction

  ,

  O&M

  , and

  grid integration
