Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage

    Oracle WebLogic Server

    ,

    SOA Suite

    ,

    OSB

    ,

    MFT

    , and

    OHS

    environments.
  • Configure and manage

    WebLogic security policies

    ,

    trust and identity keystores

    ,

    SSL/T3S protocols

    , and

    multi-JKS keystore setup

    .
  • Administer and troubleshoot

    SMTP

    ,

    IMAP

    , and

    email integrations

    within SOA composites.
  • Configure

    SOA email notifications

    , JNDI, and adapters for database/email services.
  • Perform

    grid link

    and

    generic datasource configurations

    and understand the differences.
  • Perform

    patch management

    (one-node and multi-node), ensuring all

    pre-requisites

    are met.
  • Monitor and manage

    heap, permgen sizes

    ,

    timeouts

    (read/connect), and

    Work Managers

    .
  • Implement and manage

    Disaster Recovery (DR)

    solutions for SOA environments.
  • Manage

    JMS modules, persistence stores

    , and understand queue/topic architecture and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize

    dehydration stores

    and instance management.
  • Apply

    Real Diagnostic Assistant (RDA)

    tools for issue identification and health checks.
  • Support developers with

    JNDI configuration

    , DB Adapter vs Datasource guidance, and overall deployment activities.
  • Participate in architecture planning, high availability, and clustering configurations.
  • Integrate and manage

    OHS with or without Hardware Load Balancer

    , depending on architecture needs.

    patch lifecycle

  • Experience in

    Datasource

    DB Adapters

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certified Associate or Professional in Middleware / WebLogic
  • Hands-on experience in

    multi-node SOA cluster deployments

  • Familiarity with

    DevOps tools

    for automated patching and deployments
  • Understanding of

    embedded Derby DB

    and how to disable it in WebLogic
