Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 11-15 years of experience in customer service management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility
Establish relationships with registered users and understand their requirements.
Resolve client queries and provide regular updates to clients.
Connect with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals from existing users for new investors on the platform.
Conduct introduction calls for new customers and track query resolutions.
Tag all queries raised in CRM for efficient follow-up.
Collaborate with the Relationship Management team to meet client needs.

Job
Good communication skills and fluency in English verbal and written.
Graduate in any stream with existing experience in customer service management.
Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an added advantage.
