Job Summary:

Digga Health Care is seeking a driven and experienced Medical Sales Representative responsible for client acquisition, patient footfall generation, and market outreach. The role demands proactive fieldwork, strong relationship-building skills, and a sharp understanding of local healthcare dynamics. DHC is planning to set up a hospital venture and the candidate will have an important role in the marketing of the same and to increase its footfall.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

○ Engage doctors, clinics, and corporate clients to build referral pipelines

○ Onboard new clients for diagnostic and consultation services

2. Patient Footfall Generation

○ Implement strategies to increase walk-ins and service utilization

○ Plan campaigns and execute field-level outreach to drive traffic

3. Relationship Management

○ Maintain strong ties with referring practitioners and partners

○ Resolve issues, follow up consistently, and ensure repeat referrals

4. Territory Coverage & Market Penetration

○ Conduct regular field visits in the designated territory

○ Identify new opportunities and potential partnership zones

5. Marketing & Promotional Activities

○ Organize and support local awareness programs, camps, and events

○ Distribute marketing material and enhance clinic visibility

6. Reporting & Coordination

○ Maintain structured lead and activity logs

○ Share daily/weekly performance and insights with management

7. Target Achievement

○ Deliver monthly patient referral and revenue targets

○ Track personal and team KPIs and ensure consistent growth

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

20% MoM growth in walk-ins or bookings from own efforts

Field Visits per Week

Minimum 25–30 structured client visits

30–40% lead to appointment conversion

Campaign/Health Camp Participation

2–3 per month minimum

Customer Retention & Repeat Referral Rate

>60% retention of acquired clients

Candidate Requirements:

● 5 years of experience in sales or marketing at a diagnostic center, hospital or polyclinic (Mandatory)

● Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

● Solid understanding of healthcare outreach, patient behavior, and referral systems

● Ability to work independently and manage targets with discipline

● Familiar with local routes, doctor networks, and communities

● Basic knowledge of reporting formats and CRM tools is preferred
