Senior Manager – Service Delivery & Operations

You will lead a team of analysts, consultants, and project managers while working closely with global stakeholders to develop and continuously improve delivery frameworks and operational processes.

Please note:

currently based in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  end-to-end delivery

  of third-party and supply chain risk assessments, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

• Manage and mentor

  a team of analysts and project managers, fostering performance, development, and collaboration.
• Build and optimize delivery workflows, tools, and processes to support operational scalability.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with advisory, compliance, and technology teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between operations and client teams, ensuring timely communication, updates, and resolution of issues.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet dynamic workload and project timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8–12 years

  of experience in service delivery, operations, or project management within compliance, risk, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record of

  leading high-performing teams

  and delivering complex client projects or assessments.
• Strong understanding of

  third-party or supply chain risk and compliance frameworks

  .
• Experience in setting up and scaling delivery processes or operational functions.
• Excellent

  project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement

  skills.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced, high-growth

  environment with global collaboration.
• Experience working with international clients or cross-regional teams is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree

  required;

  Master’s or MBA

  preferred.
