This role plays a key part in coordinating resources, managing team, processes, and supporting teams to deliver impactful programs. Working closely with the Deputy Director – Livelihood, the Operations Manager helps align operational strategies with program goals, donor engagement and organizational priorities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Disability Studies, Rehabilitation, or a related field. Minimum of 5–10 years of program management experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in disability services or social development. Proven leadership in managing multiple programs, teams, and operations across multiple geographies. Strong ability to build and manage strategic partnerships. Fluency in English and Kannada; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications (if any): Experience working in the disability sector, social development, or with nonprofit organizations. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-site operations.
