It helps to redefine the journey of the customers in the Fintech landscape. 5 - 8 years of senior-level operational management experience, preferably in the financial services/ banking/ NBFC/ PA-PG services or fintech industry. - Experience in managing operational managers, team leads, and process managers, and a proven track record of improving performance and efficiency. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams effectively. - Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying trends, analysing data, and making data-driven decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, focused on delivering results and meeting targets. - Bachelors/ Masters Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in the Banking/ NBFC/ PA-PG/ Consumer credit or fintech industry is essential. - Previous experience managing operational activities in a global or multi-site environment. - Knowledge of PA-PG/ Banking/ Fintech/ debt management and collections processes and regulations.
