Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts (CA)

Location : Surat, Gujarat (Head Office) Work Mode : Full-time (On-site) Salary : ₹12–14 LPA CTC (Inclusive of Bonus) Leave Policy : 12 Paid Annual Leaves + Festival Holidays Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team to ensure smooth operations and financial discipline Prepare and finalize Financial Statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow as per Ind-AS standards Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for timely and accurate audits Develop, monitor, and review budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control mechanisms Manage cash flow, working capital, and maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions Implement and improve internal financial controls and systems across departments Generate MIS reports and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Review pricing models, assess project profitability, and evaluate financial risks of new investments Candidate Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified through ICAI Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Industry roles/corporate/Big 4 Strong exposure to financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cost control, and audit processes Proficient in Tally ERP, SAP (FI module), and Microsoft Excel Sound understanding of Ind-AS and experience in preparing financials accordingly Prior experience in a corporate or industrial setup (not limited to audit firms) is essential Excellent leadership, compliance handling, and analytical skills Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high sense of ownership and accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Application Question(s): Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant?
