to join the global privacy team. As a member of the Data Privacy and Information Governance team will oversee the firm’s data privacy compliance efforts, and the ongoing development and implementation of our information governance program that manages reporting, dashboard, tracking KPI’ and KRI’ of critical initiatives and projects. The induvial will also lead efforts regarding access governance and entitlements reviews to sensitive data across the organization.The individual in this role will report to the firm’s privacy leadership team. This position may be in Noida and is a hybrid position.

Key Deliverables

Overseeing the ongoing development and implementation of an information governance program that addresses client and administrative programs and compliance reporting.
Working closely with the Information Services Department in designing privacy operations governance protocols in connection with increasing adoption tools.
Working closely with the Records Services Manager in ensuring information governance protocols are implemented and maintained with close to real time reporting.
Collaborate with the Data Platform Architect to ensure proper data access, sharing, and management across the platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices.
Experience in Data Access Governance and data protection operations.
Understanding of Open Access Remediation, structured and unstructured data discovery and classification of PII, PHI, PCI data, data sharing, user access management, RBAC and ABAC concepts
Ability to identify data privacy related gaps in the current state and recommended gap remediation measures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
