Senior Java Software Engineer

Novel Patterns seeks experienced Senior Java Developers to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Java development and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Java-based applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in Core Java, multithreading, Spring/Spring Boot, databases, and working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Server-Side Development

  : Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions using Core Java, Spring, RESTful services, and SQL.

• Database Management

  : Work extensively with relational databases to manage data efficiently.

• API Integration

  : Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the front and back end.

• Performance Optimization

  : Troubleshoot and optimize backend processes for performance, scalability, and security.

• Code Quality & Reviews

  : Write and review clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Documentation

  : Document backend processes, technical specifications, and APIs.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with front-end developers and other teams to integrate front-end components with the backend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in backend Java development.
• Strong understanding of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Experience with RESTful services and API development.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
