We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our client's talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and placing top tech talent across various verticals. You will play a critical role in building strong pipelines, managing stakeholders, and driving the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior-level technical roles. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, internal database) to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews. Coordinate technical interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure timely feedback. Negotiate offers, follow up for documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly. Track and report key recruitment metrics (time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) Stay updated with IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and compensation benchmarks. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of tech stacks, development roles, and IT job market. Experience hiring for both permanent and contract positions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders under tight deadlines. Experience working with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter. Good To Have Prior experience recruiting for clients in the US/UK/Europe markets. Knowledge of visa and compliance regulations (for global hiring). Familiarity with boolean search techniques and GitHub/StackOverflow sourcing. Exposure to tech screening platforms like HackerRank, Codility, etc. Why Join Us?
