Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual designs for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, web, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative strategies and innovative design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity, visual standards, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating new ideas and techniques into projects.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to overall campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven professional experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiencies & Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

• Adobe Photoshop (Image manipulation, compositing, retouching)
• Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics, logos, illustrations)
• Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics, animation - highly desirable)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Video editing - bonus)

• Strong understanding of design principles:

  Typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and visual balance.

• Branding and Identity Design:

  Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, creating logos, and visual identities.

• Digital Design:

  Proficiency in designing for web (banners, ads, landing pages), social media (graphics, animations), and email marketing.

• Print Design:

  Knowledge of print production processes, pre-press, and preparing files for commercial printing.

• UI/UX Principles:

  Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles for digital products.

• Conceptual Thinking:

  Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas and translate them into effective visual solutions.

• Time Management & Organization:

  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
