As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to play a key leadership role— driving cost optimisation, managing fundraising efforts , and strengthening financial controls across our locations. Role Overview You’ll work closely with the founders to build robust financial systems, raise capital for growth, and implement strategies that improve profitability across the board. This is a high-impact, hands-on role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Optimisation & Efficiency Lead company-wide cost-saving initiatives across operations and vendors Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve margins Develop center-level profitability analysis and drive better cost discipline 2. Fund Raising & Capital Management Prepare business plans, investor decks, and financial models for fundraising Coordinate with potential investors, banks, and financial institutions Manage due diligence, capital structuring, and compliance related to funding 3. Financial Planning & Strategy Create annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans Provide actionable financial insights and scenario-based planning for key decisions Support new center feasibility studies and expansion-related projections 4. Financial Reporting & Compliance Oversee accounting, monthly MIS, P&L, and cash flow statements Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax) and audit readiness Standardize and automate financial reporting systems 5. Team Leadership & Internal Controls Lead a growing finance team across multiple cities Set up robust internal controls and SOPs across functions Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations Who You Are CA or MBA (Finance) with 7–10 years of experience Proven experience in cost management and fundraising (equity or debt) Background in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or high-growth startups preferred Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Proficient in financial tools (Tally) and advanced Excel
