Senior Executive State MIS

Job Title: Senior Executive – State MIS cum Finance
Location: Don Bosco Tech Society – Tamil Nadu State Office (Perambur)

Reporting To: Assistant Manager - State Operations & Manager - MIS (National Office)
Type: Full-Time
Travel: Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Data Management:

• Manage and verify data related to training programs on internal portals as per organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate with center teams, regional managers, and state teams to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of trainees' data.
• Monitor databases and update regularly, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
• Share periodic analytical reports with center heads, coordinators, and state-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate actively with the National MIS team for data-related actions and support.

Accreditation & Affiliation:

• Assist in managing and coordinating the accreditation and affiliation process of training centers in alignment with national guidelines.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):

• Conduct monitoring visits to centers to assess training quality and adherence to program standards.
• Support the National M&E team to implement effective monitoring frameworks and maintain dashboards/databases.
• Generate timely reports and insights for internal teams to guide data-driven decision-making and course corrections.

Finance Support (if applicable):

• Assist in coordinating and tracking financial data linked to MIS outputs.
• Support documentation for financial compliance and auditing processes where needed.

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS software tools
• Experience in working with large-scale livelihood or training programs is preferred
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluency in Tamil and English
