Job Description

Experienced SAP Implementation Executive – Assistant Manager (AM) to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) with hands-on experience in Bin-to-Bin Transfer, Inbound Processing, Bin Updation , and key SAP WMS transactions. Key Responsibilities: Drive and support SAP WMS implementation and configuration across warehouses. Handle bin-to-bin stock transfers , storage bin creation and updates. Ensure smooth execution of inbound processes in WMS including GRN, putaway, and bin allocations. Update and maintain storage bins and stock data using relevant SAP transactions. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot errors, and provide functional support for WMS operations. Coordinate with operations and IT teams to resolve WMS-related issues in real-time. Support warehouse productivity and accuracy through proper system configuration and data maintenance. Create documentation and training materials for end-users on SAP WMS processes. Required Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WMS / TMS modules. Expertise in key SAP WMS transactions such as: LT01 – Create Transfer Order LT10 – Create TO for Material LT21 – Display Transfer Order LT22 – Display TO Item LT24 – Transfer Order by Storage Bin LT27 – Confirm Transfer Orders LS10 – Display Inventory per Bin LS24 – Display Quantities in Bin LS26 – Bin Status Report LS28 – Inventory Difference LX02 – Display Inventory LX03 – Display Inventory by Material LB10 – Bin Sorting LT06 – Putaway with TO Sound understanding of SAP WM integration with IM (Inventory Management). Familiarity with inbound logistics , putaway strategies , and inventory reconciliation .
