Sr. Executive – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Project Owner – Responsibilities:

1. Demand Forecasting:

2. Collect and analyze demand forecasts from the Sales Department to plan material and production requirements.

3. Purchase Order Management:

4. Ensure timely creation of purchase orders (PO) and prompt communication with suppliers.

5. Internal Requirements Generation:

6. Generate and manage in-house material requirements aligned with production plans.

7. Material Follow-up:

8. Regularly follow up with suppliers and process owners to track material delivery and resolve issues.

9. Assembly Line Material Availability:

10. Ensure materials are available at the assembly line to maintain uninterrupted production.

11. On-Time Dispatch:

12. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to meet customer delivery schedules.

13. Inventory Control:

14. Maintain and control inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
15. Update the material shortage sheet regularly.

16. Monthly Stock Reporting:

17. Prepare and submit accurate monthly stock reports to management.
