Job Title: Senior Developer/Team Lead (MERN Stack) Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 3-6 Years Salary: ₹8-14 LPA Working Days: 5 Days (Sat-Sun Fixed Off) Company: Confidential (13+ years old IT company specializing in Web & Mobile App Development) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer/Team Lead with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and React Native . The ideal candidate will lead a team, handle client interactions, and drive technical strategy while delivering high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers Develop scalable web and mobile applications using MERN and React Native Set coding standards and best practices Handle client communication and project delivery Optimize app performance and ensure high scalability Plan sprints and manage resources effectively Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in MERN Stack and React Native Experience in building cross-platform mobile apps Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Proven team leadership experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes Experience with Agile/Scrum and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) Education: Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. (Computers), BCA, or related field Postgraduate: M.Tech, MCA, MS/M.Sc.
