Senior Project Manager

Gurugram HQ

This role demands leadership, strategic planning, exceptional vendor control, and a commitment to delivering world-class office environments - on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  end-to-end execution

  of interior fitout projects across locations, primarily in NCR.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with design, procurement, operations, and tech teams.
• Define and manage project scopes, timelines, quality benchmarks, and financials.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site execution teams - ensuring adherence to standards and schedules.
• Regularly monitor progress, conduct site reviews, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and vendor negotiations with focus on cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory norms across all project phases.
• Present project progress and risk reports to top leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior project managers and site engineers on best practices and execution excellence.
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of proven experience managing commercial

  Interior Fit-out

  projects (Co-working or office spaces preferred).
• Strong command over execution methodologies - MEP, civil, electrical, HVAC, finishing.
• Expert-level project planning, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, JIRA, Excel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across geographies.

• PMP certification or equivalent

  preferred.
