Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End P&L Ownership:

    Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the LCV Outstation category, managing a Pan-India team and processes to deliver on mandated goals.
  • Product-Market Fit (PMF) for LCV Outstation:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify core needs within the category.
  • Collaborate extensively with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and user-friendly.
  • Strategize and implement the right pricing models and supply onboarding processes for the vertical.
  • Own and optimize all key operational metrics for this business segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of and establish the right partner ecosystem.
  • Study behavioral patterns of partners and customers to continuously improve engagement.
  • Implement robust feedback loops to adapt strategies based on real-time data and insights.
  • Product Marketing:

  • Ideate, launch, and manage effective product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of LCV Outstation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure maximum impact.
  • Fast Experimentation:

  • Drive rapid experimentation with structural, operational, and marketing initiatives.
  • Rigorously measure outcomes and iterate quickly based on data-driven insights to achieve continuous improvement.
