Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s goals. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans for new and existing markets.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline metrics, and sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹894,373.05 - ₹1,018,019.90 per year
