Compliance Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our compliance and regulatory operations. This role provides hands-on experience in handling company compliance activities, legal documentation, and statutory obligations, particularly under the Shops & Establishment Act . It is ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in compliance, HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures Conduct research on applicable laws, rules, and regulations Support in preparing and maintaining compliance registers and documentation Assist in creating and managing statutory forms and records related to Shops & Establishment Act Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submissions and adherence to legal requirements Help in audit preparation and responding to compliance queries Maintain organized filing systems for all compliance-related records Support documentation for internal and external compliance audits Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or a related field Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹15,573.76 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
