Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential residential redevelopment opportunities, particularly old or dilapidated buildings, cooperative housing societies, and land parcels in prime urban areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with society members, landowners, consultants, brokers, and government authorities.
• Conduct due diligence, feasibility analysis, and financial modelling for shortlisted redevelopment projects.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for redevelopment agreements with societies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, design, finance, and project execution teams to assess project viability and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, government policies, and competitor activities to develop effective acquisition and redevelopment strategies.
• Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities for approvals, documentation, and clearances.
• Prepare business proposals, investment memos, and internal presentations for project evaluation and management approval.
• Proven track record of successful residential redevelopment in the real estate sector.
• Strong network with housing societies, land aggregators, real estate consultants and local bodies.
• In depth knowledge of local redevelopment policies and municipal approval process.
• Good team player and must be good organizing and planning skills.
