Senior Associate - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for the client, ensuring timely communication and task execution.
• Conduct on-site audits and inspections at hotel and hospitality venues as per defined protocols.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits.
• Compile and analyze audit data using

  , ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS (Management Information Systems) based on audit findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolution of operational issues.
• Adhere to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations during project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of site visits, audit reports, and client communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Hospitality, Business, or Operations Management).

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing operations role

  ; experience in hospitality/audit projects is an added advanta

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulas, etc.) is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel locally for field audits as required.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes both field visits and desk-based work.
• Should be flexible with work hours and location based on project requirements.
