Job Title: Retail Area Manager Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 (plus performance-based incentives) Location: Must be willing to travel across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail stores across UP and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in handling multiple fashion/apparel brands , leading diverse store teams, and achieving sales and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple stores in the region Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability store-wise Recruit, train, and manage store managers and sales staff Monitor visual merchandising, customer experience, and store hygiene Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment Conduct regular audits and ensure SOP adherence Analyze market trends and suggest strategies for sales growth Travel extensively to visit stores, ensure performance standards, and resolve issues Provide monthly business reviews and performance reports to senior management Handle escalations, customer feedback, and team conflicts professionally Candidate Requirements: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail/apparel industry Proven experience in managing multiple stores and teams simultaneously Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel extensively across UP and Uttarakhand Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills Well-versed in MS Office, retail analytics, and CRM tools Contact-9557185236.
