Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Amazon Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on strategizing, executing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to enhance our clients' market presence and profitability. The position requires a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform and will be based in our headquarters in Mumbai.
What Youll Do
- Manage 10L50L+ monthly Amazon ad spends across 56 accounts.
- Plan and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
- Drive consistent 3040% QoQ growth while maintaining ACoS.
- Use tools like Helium10, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Reports.
- Strong knowledge beyond ads: Optimize listings, SEO, A+ content.
- Lead 1 junior and handle all execution of ads + listings SEO.
What Were Looking For
- Proven results scaling brands on Amazon - 30%-40% in 3 months.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Seller Central & AMS.
- Ability to own performance + strategy end-to-end.
- Data-driven, fast-moving, and detail-oriented.
Experience
- Min 1-2 years of AMS experience.
- Min 3-4 brands scaled.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven expertise in Amazon Ads management, including creating and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve ad performance.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively relay strategy and results to internal teams and clients.
- Experience in managing budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective advertising efforts.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and related advertising tools and features.
- Must have the ability to stay updated with Amazons latest features and updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Required attention to detail and accuracy in managing multiple advertising accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with external analytical tools and software that can enhance advertising strategy development.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Amazon to enhance the visibility and sales of client products.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
