Job Description

Curriculum & Academic Planning

  • Develop and implement academic calendars, yearly plans, and weekly timetables.
  • Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines.
  • Monitor curriculum coverage and instructional quality through regular classroom observations and academic audits.
  • Review and enhance lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments prepared by teachers.

Teacher Supervision & Support

  • Provide academic leadership to subject teachers across all levels (PRT/TGT/PGT).
  • Facilitate regular teacher meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
  • Identify teacher training needs and organize capacity-building programs.

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Oversee the design, moderation, and timely execution of exams and assessments.
  • Analyze student performance data and guide teachers in planning remedial/enrichment programs.
  • Ensure fairness, accuracy, and transparency in evaluation and grading systems.

Student Development

  • Work with teachers to track academic progress and address learning gaps.
  • Collaborate with counselors and co-scholastic teams to support holistic student development.
  • Lead initiatives for academic competitions, projects, and enrichment programs.

Liaison & Reporting

  • Serve as a bridge between teachers, the Principal, and management.
  • Prepare academic performance reports, inspection documents, and presentations.
  • Represent the school in academic forums and external inspections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in any discipline (Science/Mathematics preferred).
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in academic roles, with at least 3 years in a coordination or leadership capacity.

  • Involvement in teacher training and academic audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
