Role Description

Security Officer

Qualifications:

• Experience in security operations and surveillance systems
• Knowledge of safety management and public safety measures
• Ability to handle emergency situations with a calm and composed demeanor
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and a background in law enforcement or military service are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in security administration or related fields is advantageous
• Kannada Language proficiency is must, Hindi and English is essential.

• Possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated initiative
• Possess a working knowledge of all the duties of each post under his or her direction
• Possess organizational ability including scheduling and time management skills
• Be able to multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Be able to operate calmly and professionally during emergencies
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to write and review reports regularly in all circumstances
• Possess familiarity with the duties of the account manager
• Be able to prioritize tasks, especially as they pertain to security and safety issues
• Possess excellent follow-up skills till the assigned task completion.
• Possess aptitude to learn and comprehend various security, computer, video and communications technologies.
