Position : Google Ads specialist/ Paid marketing Location: Noida Sector 63 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Salary : Up to 9 LPA Working days and hours: 5.5 days and 9 hours Industry: Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. If you're passionate about strategic PPC execution, campaign performance , and driving measurable results, we want to hear from you! Prior digital agency experience is a must . Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) Execute all components of PPC campaigns: ad copywriting, keyword research, bidding strategy, campaign structuring , and budget allocation. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance based on bids, Quality Score, and ROI Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding models. Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives. Research competitor strategies using PPC intelligence tools and benchmark performance. Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads tools, formats, and trends. Coordinate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients to align on campaign goals and deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management. Strong grasp of keyword research, ad copywriting , and audience segmentation. Expertise in budget management, bidding strategies , and campaign scaling. Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager, and campaign performance dashboards. Demonstrated ability to conduct competitor analysis and implement insights. Must have worked in a digital marketing agency environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
