Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Act as a servant leader for DevOps and support teams, helping them deliver consistent value in iterative cycles.
  • Work closely with Release Managers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
  • Track team progress through Agile metrics (burn-down, velocity, etc.) and remove impediments.
  • Support incident, change, and problem management processes in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Ensure alignment between Agile processes and DevOps pipelines/tools for CI/CD.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate between onshore and offshore teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of

    DevOps principles

    and production support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Agile tools

    such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of

    CI/CD tools

    like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools like

    ServiceNow

    or

    PagerDuty

    .
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (

    AWS, Azure, or GCP

    ).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (especially incident/change management).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like

    Splunk

    ,

    Datadog

    , or

    ELK Stack

    .
  • Prior experience in managing support projects in a 24x7 environment.
