- Oversee and manage a team of business development specialists, setting measurable goals and objectives to ensure team success - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to capture target markets and drive revenue growth - Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize target customer segments - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for business development - Optimize lead generation campaigns, utilizing a data-driven approach to maximize results - Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment - Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives - Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall team performance
