SAP HR Stream Lead

Job Title: SAP HR Stream Lead Job Type: Full-time Experience: 10 + Years Location: 50% Onshore (Saudi Arabia) and 50% Offshore (Remote) Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Description Ability to lead the SAP HR Stream during the implementation phase, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. AP HR/HCM Expertise: In-depth experience with SAP HR (Human Capital Management) modules such as PA, OM, TM, Payroll, ESS, and MSS. SAP SuccessFactors: Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation) and integration with on-premise SAP HCM. SAP Integration: Understanding of integration strategies for SAP HR with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA) and third-party tools (e.g., payroll systems, time and attendance). HR Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR business processes and how they translate into SAP systems, including core HR, payroll, talent management, and workforce planning. Data Migration Tools: Experience with tools and methodologies for data migration (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW) and ensuring the smooth migration of HR data. Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale SAP implementations on time and within scope. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior management and collaborating with various teams. Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and align project objectives with business needs. Experience with global HR implementations is preferred. Show more Show less
