Job Summary:

SAP Cybersecurity Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage SAP security and authorization concepts (roles, profiles, user administration).
Conduct regular SAP security audits and risk assessments (e.g., SoD analysis, audit log review).
Monitor and respond to security incidents impacting SAP systems.
Collaborate with SAP BASIS, functional, and technical teams to design secure solutions.
Implement and manage SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules.
Define and enforce SAP security policies, standards, and best practices.
Support compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.) related to SAP environments.
Ensure integration of SAP systems with enterprise security tools (SIEM, IAM, etc.).
Perform vulnerability assessments and implement mitigations for SAP platforms.
Stay updated with SAP security notes and apply relevant patches.

Required Skills:

6–10 years of relevant experience in SAP security and cybersecurity.
Expertise in SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, BRM, EAM, ARM).
Strong understanding of SoD (Segregation of Duties) and compliance frameworks.
Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
Familiarity with SIEM, IAM, and other enterprise security tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Security or GRC certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Security Architect).
Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (SAP on Azure/AWS, RISE with SAP).
Hands-on experience in scripting or automation tools for security operations.
Understanding of ABAP security and custom code security reviews.
