Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

Location: Chennai / Trichy (Hybrid — must work onsite at least twice a week)

Work Timings: India Night Shift/ Central Time Zone (CDT)

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 3–5 years of strong hands-on development experience. The role requires expertise in core ABAP programming and the ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions supporting business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.

Work on objects including Reports (ALV), Module Pools, Interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.

Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform unit testing and support integration/user acceptance testing.

Provide support for existing custom developments and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong understanding of object-oriented ABAP.

Good experience with classical and interactive reports, dialog programming, enhancements, and forms.

Experience in developing and handling interfaces (ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work in Central Time Zone (CDT) hours.
