Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kanpur. The Salesperson will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include field visits, presenting ROINET's products and services to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves regular reporting, identifying market trends, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial services and rural markets is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
