Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Executive/ASM on-site in Haridwar for ROINET, a rural-first fintech company focused on providing financial services to underserved communities in India. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, establishing client relationships, and providing feedback to management. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying new markets and customer needs, generating sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to address customer complaints and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you should have experience in sales strategy development, market research, and customer needs identification. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders. A successful track record in achieving sales targets, preparing reports, and resolving customer issues is required. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. Experience in the financial services industry would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also preferred.
