Salesforce Technical Architecture CTA Certified

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that align with the business objectives. The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification and has extensive experience in architecting complex Salesforce ecosystems. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Platform Expertise: Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and optionally Health Cloud.
• Integration Strategy: Design and implement integrations with external systems using MuleSoft.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and user adoption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Pre-Sales: Participate in technical pre-sales, estimation, and proposal development when needed.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce Salesforce architectural standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Innovation: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and new capabilities including emerging technologies like Agentforce, OmniStudio, and industry clouds.

Required Qualifications

Certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is mandatory.

Experience: 

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record of designing complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic customization.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns 
• Proficiency in data modeling, security, and governance frameworks

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is highly desirable but not required.
